REFUND POLICY
Refunds Policy & Terms:
Should your package be lost in the mail, or see no movement on your tracking for 14 business days, a full refund will be issued after 14 business days.
If your order is shipped and “returned to sender” due to incorrect address, incorrect zip code, or any incorrect address information we will contact you via email provided at checkout. If the “return to sender” is not of fault of moonspellbox.com and due to customer entering incorrect address/billing information, you will have the option to have your order reshipped for an additional shipping fee. Should your “return to sender” order be returned to us and you do not want your order re-shipped for an additional fee, and you prefer a refund instead, you will receive a retail value refund for the cost of the order, less all shipping fees. You are responsible for all shipping charges. There will be a $5.99 restocking fee deducted from your refund total.
Refunds cannot be issued after an order has been shipped. If the customer would like to change their mind and have their order canceled after the order is shipped, it will be the customer's responsibility to “refuse the package” from the mail/delivery carrier and have the box returned to sender, or the customer can ship the box back to the return address on the shipping label. A refund for changing their mind will not include any shipping charges and a $5.99 restocking fee deducted from your refund total.
Refunds will not be issued for stolen packages. If there is a “delivered” status on the order's tracking update, that means Moon Spell Box has paid for shipping and done their part of shipping that order and will not be providing additional product plus additional shipping for lost/stolen packages when the tracking number states “delivered.”
